稀土上轉換發光材料簡介】:

稀土上轉換發光材料是一種在近紅外光激發下能發出可見光的發光材料,即可通過多光子機制把長波輻射轉換成短波輻射,所以稱之為“上轉換”。其大的特點是材料所吸收的光子能量低于發射的光子能量。這種材料發光違背 Stokes 定律,因此又被稱為反 Stokes 定律發光材料。

人們發現當基質材料中摻入 Yb3+Ho3+Er3+ Tm3+在紅外光激發下,可見光發射度可以提 2~3 個數量級,由此正式提出了“上轉換發光”(Upconversion LuminescenceUCL)

的觀點。

 

上轉換熒光納米顆粒發光機制】:

上轉換發光所發射的光子能量比所吸收光子的能量,這個過程稱為上轉換發光。稀土離子上轉換發光是基于稀土元素 4f 電子間的躍遷。每種稀土離子都有其確定的能級位置,不同的稀土離子的上轉換過程不同,一般來說稀土離子的發光過程可以分為三步:①基質晶格吸收激發能;②基質晶格將吸收的激發能傳遞給激發離子,使其激發;③被激發的稀土離子發出熒光而返回基質。上轉換過程主要有激發態吸收、能量傳遞、直接雙光子吸收和光子雪崩四種形式
