簡介：SMPH crosslinker (Succinimidyl-6-[ß-maleimidopropionamido]hexanoate) is a water insoluble, heterobifunctional protein crosslinker with a non-cleavable spacer arm length of 14.3 angstroms. The SMPH crosslinking reagent has maleimide groups which are reactive to thiols (sufhydryls) and its NHS ester groups react with amines at pH 6.5-7.5 and 7-9, respectively
