試驗機技術方案簡述：
本機按照國標ISO 3385.1989、GB/T18941—2003標準設計并制造，主機采用雙立柱門式框架，支撐板為剛性材料，表面光滑、平整，作為測量時放置被測樣件用。壓頭表面光滑，壓頭直徑為200 0+3mm，底部邊緣倒圓半徑為1.0 0+0.5mm，操作時壓陷量預先設定,通過計時電路精確控制壓陷量，可選擇A、B、C三種方法中的任意一種進行試驗，計算機控制，試驗后可通過軟件繪制壓陷硬度曲線，并能夠對試驗過程中的各種數據進行快速、準確的采集、處理，并可存取、顯示、打印.

1、自動清零：計算機接到試驗開始指令后，系統自動清零。
2、 自動返程：試樣斷裂后，自動返回初始位置。
3、 自動換檔：根據負荷的大小，可切換不同的檔位，確保測量精度。
