參數測試儀"產品已升級,升級后與升級前的變化如下: 
1、串聯準爆檔的電流輸出時間從0-100ms可調,級差1ms。原為固定值100ms。 
2、延期時間檔的電流輸出時間從0-10s可調,級差0.1s。原為固定值1s。 
3、延期時間檔、爆速測量檔增加了標準差的計算。原沒有標準差的計算。

1 概述 
BQ-2Z型爆破器材參數智能測試儀是在原BQ-2C的基礎上研制的新型智能測試儀器。采用了*的ATmega32單片機、大規??删幊踢壿嬰娐芳爸杏⑽娘@示屏。使電阻、電流、時間等參數可以同時顯示。設置的參數與測試的數據可以掉電儲存,可以自動完成速度、平均值、標準差的計算。測試結果可由機內所配的打印機打印出來。該儀器可以精密測試工各種電參數、塑料導爆管及各種等。該儀器廣泛于爆破器材、工程使用單位、科研檢測中心和大專院校。是爆破器材各種參數測量的*儀器。 
儀器采用中文顯示屏,簡捷的“ùüÿ ÷ 確定”按鈕可以完成各種參數的設置,下次開機時儀器顯示上次的設置值,直接進入試驗測試狀態。儀器的中文界面符合操作人員的心理習慣,操作十分方便。

一、儀器構成 
      測試裝置由垂直導砂管、校正漏斗、過濾網、樣品架和砂子收集器組成。 
二、主要參數 
導砂管:可采用內經不小于150mm內壁光滑的實壁塑料管組成,長度為2850mm,導砂管的不垂直度不大于0.2°。 
校正漏斗:校正漏斗的上口尺寸為120mm×40mm,高度100mm,四面坡角45°。上口四邊應平直、尖銳,保證落在口邊上的砂子落入斗內時不改變方向。該漏斗的作用是保證直接落入口內的沙子不偏離地、盡可能垂直地沖擊突起路標,而落到口外的沙子被偏離到斗外,不能沖擊突起路標。校正漏斗應能上下、左右、前后移動,方便調整通過漏斗的砂量和均勻性。 
過濾網:過濾網位于導砂管的上部,網孔尺寸為大于850μm的標準網。該過濾網的作用一是確立落砂的起始點,二是限制落砂的流速。要求落砂離網的距離不應大于30mm。 
樣品架:用于將被測樣品夾持穩固,使樣品的基底面保持垂直,方便地將樣品與導砂管、校正漏斗對中,能自由調整被測樣品的高度使其上邊沿與漏斗上口保持不大于150mm,并能調整水平方向使樣品逆反射面底邊前沿與漏斗長邊方向平行。樣品架不應阻擋落砂的自由流動。 
收集器:可用一只300mm×500mm的搪瓷托盤,或其它容器。目的收集校正漏斗外的砂子。
