體內(nèi)：單獨(dú)使用 Zolbetuximab (200 μg，靜脈注射) 以及與 Gemcitabine (HY-17026) (50 mg/kg，腹腔注射) 聯(lián)合使用，在小鼠 BxPC-3-CLDN18.2 異種移植模型中表現(xiàn)出抗腫瘤活性[2]。 Zolbetuximab (5.7 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周 3 次，持續(xù)五周) 抑制 SNU-620 細(xì)胞異種移植模型中的腫瘤生長(zhǎng)[3]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
